HIGHLAND TOUR
• Tour in the town of Antananarivo 
• Visit the Blue Hill or the Ambohimanga King’s Palace at 21 km North of Antananarivo
• Visit around the Queens’Palace (The queens’Palace is now in full reconstruction after its burning in 1997), with an overview over the town of Antananarivo and its surroundings.
• Attend traditional Malagasy songs “ Hira Gasy ” with traditional costume of people of High Plateau, on Sunday morning
• Attend a service at Father Pedro’s chapel on Sunday morning the village is entirely built by the poor people helped by Father Pedro.
• Now, Father Pedro’s village has a primary and Secondary School, one college, a Basical Health Center.
• Visit a Private Lemur Parks at 22 km West of Antananarivo, with 8 species of lemurs, located on the way to Ampefy
• Visit the Croc Farm, 3 km from the airport, a private park breeding crocodiles, you can taste the meat of crocodile there. Croc Farm also has nice vivariums, chameleons, reptiles, batrachians, a few free lemurs, fosas, ostriches
• Visit the artisanal market on the way to the airport. The Andravoahangy Market where you can buy souvenirs, suggestions depend on the length of your stay and your taste.
Day 1 : TANA-ANDASIBE 140km
Departure for Andasibe at around 9 a.m, with a stop to Mandraka Park, reputed for its reptiles such as the biggest and the smallest chameleons, batrachians, the biggest and the smallest frogs, butterflies, phasmas . . . Installation to the hotel. Nocturnal walk
Day 2 : ANDASIBE
Visit the Andasibe Nationhal Park where you will see the INDRI INDRI, the biggest Madagascar lemurs, the garden of orchids.
Day 3 : ANDASIBE – AMPEFY 265 km
Departure at around 8 a.m for the town of Ampefy, 
discover traditional Malagasy house of the High Plateau.
Installation to the hotel.
Day 4 : AMPEFY 125 km West of Antananarivo
The ideal place if you need tranquillity. Installation to the hotel
Day 5 : AMPEFY
After breakfast, departure for a visit to “ îlot de la vièrge ”, where you can see the lake 360°, the nice Lily waterfall and the geyser.
Day 6 : AMPEFY – ANTSIRABE 295 km
- Departure at 9 a.m for the town of Antsirabe or the town of water
- Discover traditional houses of the High Plateau
- Discover ricefields, and volcanic regions
- Installation to the hotel
Day 7 : ANTSIRABE
- Visit of shops and artisanal work shop such as “ zebus’s horn ”, embroideries, precious stones. Continuation visit to Andraikiba lake at 7 km, Tritriva lake at 12 km, South West of Antsirabe on the way to Monrondava. The Betafo village at 21 km where you will see the lake Tatamarina, the Antafofo waterfall. Return to the hotel in Antsirabe.
ANTSIRABE – AMBOSITRA (90KM)
After breakfast, departure for the town of Ambositra. “ The capital of handicraft ”, visit the shops and wood carving sculptures if you have time, you can start from Antoetra and visit the Zafimaniry village, the know and the Zafimaniry wood work are very specific and original, classified Mondial Patrimony. by the UNESCO. Day 9 : AMBOSITRA – RANOMAFANA (170 km)

Day 10 : RANOMAFANA – AMBALAVAO (134km)
Departure at around 7 : 30 p.m for a diurnal visit. Visit of the Park during 3 or 4 hours time, then continuation for Ambalavao passing in Fianarantsoa, a stop in the town of Fianarantsoa to have an eye in the uptown, the old town, panoramic view Installation to the hotel.
Day 11 : AMBALAVAO – ISALO (240km)
Visit the workshop making Antemoro paper, the making of this paper is based from the bark of a tree , visit the usine cave, and the market of zebus on Wednesday. Day 12 : ISALO
Visit, trekking in the Isalo National Park, with calcareous sands tone massifs. 3 main sites are to be visited.
- The canyon of Maki
- The cascade des nymphes
- The Natural Pool.
The High Plateau circuit ends at Isalo, but you can have the choice, either to come back to Tana or to continue to Toliary
